Preparation: Assessment and discussion to determine if Spravato is right for you.
Maintenance Phase: Tapered to every 2 – 4 weeks depending on individual response.
Monitoring: Patients are observed for at least two hours post-administration to ensure safety and manage side effects.
Must have a clinical diagnosis of MDDSI or TRD. Must have failed 2 or more antidepressants.
Weeks 1-4: Twice per week
